2017 Incoming Exchanges !!!
August 1 - 8, 2017: Domestic Exchange from Austin, Texas September
25 - October 2, 2017: International Exchange from Leuven, Belgium
Dear Friends,
This year, (like last year), we have two back-to-back inbound exchanges a little less than two months part. Therefore, (to avoid any participant “burn-out” that might occur), we would like to try to do the planing in concert for both of these Exchanges.
1 We will be asking all members to sign up to host or help out on either Exchange in order to share all of the amazing friendship making opportunities.
2 We would like to hold an initial meeting this month to come up with ideas for the activities for the Exchanges. If you would like a voice in the planning of either or both exchanges, please contact Tom Schulz ASAP.
Thanks in advance for everyone's (especially “newish” members and those ambassadors that enjoyed last ear’s excellent Outbound Exchanges to Austin and Leuven) participation in this important and fun component of our vibrant club. Truly, you get out of it what you put into it.
