Warm Holiday Greetings, everyone!
I hope that you had a wonderful Thanksgiving and that you share your Holiday Cheer with all of your Friendship Force friends around the world! As I write my final Presidents letter, (during a rare and delightful San Diego rain storm), I am thankful for what a fulfilling job this has been, (and Thank You for the Fun Raspberry Pi gift!).
At our November 5th Officer Installation Luncheon we learned and approved of our new President for 2017, Carol Babbitt. Our Thanks to Carol. We offer her our best and full support.
And our thanks to Judy Anderson for once again making all of the arrangements for that feast!
The rollout of the new FFI website has been delayed until just after the first of the year. However, you all should have received an email invitation to visit our NEW San Diego Friendship Force website at http://ff-sd.clubexpress.com. There you can log in to update your secure membership profile and (most importantly), to sign-up for the committee(s) in which you would feel most comfortable in helping out to keep our club vibrant, growing and Fun! Thanks to Bob Traber for all of his quick work in getting that website up and running in time that you can now (if you haven’t already)
PAY YOUR 2017 Membership DUES by credit card by following the link under your profile in the upper right. Either that way or by mail, please get your $30/person dues in to Paula Traber before January.
You all are encouraged to please share with the world your own funny or moving memories of friendship, understanding and change at Stories of Friendship
for FFI’s 40th Anniversary.
There will be NO General meeting on the 3rd Saturday of this month. Rather, please join us for our annual festive Holiday Party on Saturday, December 17, from 1:00 - 4:00 at Casa De Pico Mexican restaurant in Grossmont Center. Click here to register
or please RSVP offline to Pat Rudner
Thank you all for your kind support and opportunity to be...
